A Certified Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) for the professional development of VET professionals, HR professionals and Team Leaders will be designed and developed on effective management of virtual teams based on the principles of NQF, the ECVET, validation of non-formal and in-formal learning including the following:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Use of inquiry-based and problem-based learning approaches<\/li>
  • Accommodate multiple learning styles<\/li>
  • Contextualise learning to meet the needs of managers in different work contexts, including the national, business sector, and organisational differences<\/li>
  • Provide authentic learning opportunities.<\/li>
  • Present the content in small modular chunks that will be able to provide just in time learning.<\/li>
  • Promote self-reflection through the provision of tutor support and guidance, as well as keeping online journals<\/li>
  • Preparation of learning activities to be carried out either synchronously or asynchronously.<\/li>
  • Provision of case studies<\/li>
  • Peer to Peer support and communication.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
